In the southern Mexican mountains at altitudes crossing the 1,100 sea level mark, our coffee is 100% organically grown and harvested. This means that the soil where our coffee is being grown has been chemical-free for over 30 years. All of our coffee is 100% Arabica Coffee, Shade Grown and Naturally Dried, which means that at high altitudes, Mexican Coffee gets its distinct full body, low acidity, chocolatey flavor profiles. We are proud to support our local farmers to offer a mix of traditional agricultural methods with new, cutting edge harvesting methods to ensure an exceptional cup of coffee every single time.

Since its arrival in Mexico in 1795, Mexico has been meticulously studying and plating a vast array of the coffee plant. Primarily the Catourra, Catuai, Buorbon and Typica, and Criolla variations of the Arabica Coffee Plant
Mexico’s geolocation and southern topology make it one of the only places in the world where high grade coffee plants can be planted and harvested. Through its vast forested areas from Guerrero all the way to the Valley of Mexico to Veracruz and Chiapas, Mexico has become a powerhouse for producing exceptionally high-grade coffee and has continuously won the global Coffee Cup of Excellence time after time.
We take quality extremely seriously, which is why we have cherry picked, and work closely with our farmers to ensure that not only is our Coffee completely Ethically Sourced, but that by supporting them we can forge a positive impact on nature and provide the world with the best that Mexico has to offer.
